Mercure Benidorm Hotel, Benidorm

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the pool area was a bit small and the sunbed reservation system could use some improvement. The dining options, especially breakfast, were varied and tasty but could benefit from more lunch and dinner choices. I found the location to be convenient for walking to the beach and nearby attractions, but the evening entertainment was a bit lacking in variety.
